Destination Mekong (DM) is an independent non-profit organization aimed at promoting sustainable and inclusive tourism ecosystems and businesses in the Mekong region. DM provides a smart platform of value-added solutions and services to its community, with a special focus on micro and small businesses, social enterprises, and impact startups, as well as female and/or young entrepreneurs. We spearhead innovative and collaborative frameworks engaging public and private stakeholders in the branding and promotion of outstanding travel experiences and destinations across the six Mekong countries. DM creates and facilitates capacity--building programs and networking events to open new business and market opportunities for all. As a consultant, missions and assignments for private tourism businesses and projects funded by international donors and development organizations (The World Bank, Canadian Trade and Investment Facility for Development Mekong Institute, etc.) related to sustainable tourism, eco-tourism, nature-based tourism, adventure tourism, smart tourism, etc. with a focus on ASEAN and Mekong countries.
