Following a period of three and a half years working for the RFU and before that a period of four years working for a Leisure Trust I have left full time employment and taken the exciting step to set up InspiringWomen. I have set the company up to provide a platform for female speakers to share their inspiring stories and journeys with the business and corporate world. Our speakers are female but their stories will resonate with all members of your workforce. As a former England Rugby Captain, amassing 63 caps and playing in two World Cup Finals, I have seen and heard some incredible stories from some incredible women. Once you have heard their stories you will never forget them. Alongside offering a public speaking service InspiringWomen also provides one to one mentoring allowing the skills, experiences and knowledge or our Inspiring Women to be shared on a more personal and ongoing basis. I am very keen to chat with business leaders, HR managers, Training and Development departments, Heads of Diversity and Event Managers who are looking to bring new and exciting speakers in to their environments to provide inspiration to their workforce. Our Inspiring Women offer an incredible insight in to Leadership and Teamwork experiences in the most pressurised of situations that will certainly provide resonance with a range of business settings.
