I was the 1st User Operations Specialist focusing on both English and Spanish language support and ultimately became an Asana product expert, a savant of productivity, and also helped set the tone for a new branch of the team focused on international expansion. On a day-to-day basis, I helped customers with questions, feature requests, bug reports, and also empowered & educated them about best practices for collaborating with Asana. I helped the User Operations Team in becoming increasingly efficient by analyzing key metrics, assessing tooling needs, implementing solutions using tools, integrations, and APIs. I also assisted our users in the Online Community Forum, leading the "Foro de la Comunidad" aka the sub-community forum for the Spanish language. Additionally, I helped with customer support on Asana's online social media channels (primarily Facebook & Twitter).
Developed Community Guideline policies and implemented solutions to tackle Abuse and Spam content on both Instagram and Facebook platforms.
