Started assisting the coaches in about March 2017, then received my CF-L1 in May 2017! My desire, in any position I am in, is to always be customer focused. The customer varies in every role and I find it very important and necessary to be adaptable in my understanding of who the customer is and what the customer wants or needs. As a coach, it is a high priority for me to understand clients' needs, goals, and opportunities (struggles/pain points). Without that knowledge, I cannot effectively help them reach their desired potential, and I would essentially be holding them back from greatness.
