Ata Capital is a Private Equity fund manager, focused on identifying and maximising investment opportunities that create sustained stakeholder impact, and drive sector transformation. We actively invest in businesses that seek to add value to the economy, whilst delivering on South Africa’s transformation imperative. I am responsible for the financial strategy and directing the finance function. I oversee the overall finance function and the information technology function, provide financial expertise, insights and recommendations for decision making, support business strategy development and execution, and support the investments team on investments execution, monitoring and reporting.
