o Perform tax compliance controls on European shareholder service operations - FATCA and CRS oversight controls. o Create and/or maintain internal automated control tools. o Participate and/or lead internal projects for the implementation of solutions and process updates to ensure alignment with regulations and to improve on an ongoing basis the service delivered. o Provide internal tax support and advice throughout Europe. o Perform market watch, analyze changes impacts on existing technical solutions to reflect the tax requirements, identify new business/product opportunities resulting from these tax changes and help to drive the implementation of these opportunities. o Act as point of contact for operations, auditors and internal client facing teams for questions around fund tax activity. o Ensure effective and accurate delivery of relevant metrics documentation to management e.g. KPIs. o Assist in preparation and delivery of internal training.
