When I was appointed CEO, I had two important challenges: i) design a new strategic and business plan, and ii) move CIFI from Washington to Panama, as part of the new direction to get closer to our niche. Since then, I have been involved in operations, marketing, strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring and building a new management team, compliance and regulation. It has been and still it is an amazing experience and a great job, but what I find the most relevant aspect is to work closely with a team that share the same vision and empathy for what we do at CIFI, including Board Members and Independents.
