Established relationships with 20+ publically and privately-held cannabis companies to create a pipeline for women in the workforce, and cultivate the next-generation of cannabis leaders. Built the structure to connect women with operators for the production of new products in the market place and expand the distribution channel. Expanded the impact of the multi-day annual Women Grow Leadership Summit to enable members to connect with aspiring and current cannabis industry leaders, understand evolving government regulations and market forces impacting the industry, and to learn best practices for starting and growing a business.
