•  Creation of Annual Business Plan, its approval and tracking  Responsible to conduct assessments through empaneled third part agency, result verification and upload, certification to the candidates.  Ensure timely approval of Question Banks, mapping it with technology platform / apps, defining assessment criteria as well as monitoring quality assessments including surprise audits of digital/offline assessments.  Regular interaction with associated authority and departments like NCVET, NSDC, allied Ministries, other departments including industry stakeholders and academia  Team building and engage appropriate assessors, development of courseware’s for skills training and endorsement of courses & curriculum by relevant authority  Ensure legal / statutory compliances that the organization delivers in time high quality services and choose lasting Organic growth including CSR project and compliances.
