Team Leader: Responsible to guide and monitor the CSR & PR teams and ensure proper Deliverables Strategic Planner: Responsible for developing policies, projects and implementation strategies as per the Companies Act’ 2013 and execute CSR and Liaison initiatives in Livelihoods Enhancement, Trainings for youth, Health, Education and Infrastructure areas. Liaise with various organisations and institutions to initiate and implement CSR. Actively implement the construction and management of RO water plants, health centres, community halls and other infrastructure development initiatives Programmes: Conduct promotional campaigns and publish articles on current developments in Social Development Sector. I actively participate in publishing Quarterly & Half yearly CSR magazine and sustainability report of the company Crisis Manager: Responsible for conflict management in and around the vicinity villages of the plant. Resolving issues in relation with compensation and employment. Liaison with the political and non political people as the precautionary initiative to reduce the intensity of the protests. I am able to develop intelligence network in all the vicinity villages to get to know the current happenings. Network & Integration: Expedite partnerships with Govt, NGOs and other Industrial bodies. Liaise with various Skill development institutions, private agencies, implementing organizations and establish networking channels for management of conflicts and conservation of Bio diversity in rural areas. Media Relations: Responsible to manage the media people in respect to print and electronic media.
