Lead effort in developing and/or enhancing algorithms and codes for Smart Tradzt, in areas such as price optimization, negotiation optimization, predictive price forecasting, demand forecasting, customer behavior analytics, customer segmentation, win probability modeling, value at risk modeling, etc. Work with technical team to integrate and test machine learning codes (eg R, Python) to Smart Tradzt platform and fine-tune performance to make it scalable. Involve in project implementation for Smart Tradzt especially those involving data science elements eg data analysis, modeling, testing, training material development, conducting training with customers, working with partners, etc. Brainstorm and Research ideas to improve the customer experience of Smart Tradzt through Artificial Intelligence. Be the gatekeeper of new AI technology, explore new applications of AI in combination with emerging technologies such as Blockchain and IoT. Support business development team in customer presentations in relation to AI applications e.g. in pricing optimization area. Lead and guide data science team members and in time, grow the team.
