✔ Work I enjoyed doing: cosmetic and dental implant reconstructions, smile makeovers, complex care. ✔ Had patients from most states including Alaska. Also, patients from South Africa, France, Australia, the UK. ✔ Had many different types of practice: solo, two docs, multi-docs in one location, multi docs in two locations. ✔ Once had 35 staff and 5 doctors – learned what not to do from that I have a lot of “Ask me why I know” experiences where I learned what not to do ✔ Trained in designing patient experiences and became certified in that field. ✔ Put in an internet café and grand piano in my waiting area because I wanted to send a message. ✔ Used a practice magazine, patient education and dental implant in-office seminars before these have become more commonplace. ✔ Before transitioning to coaching full time, had reduced number of doc down to two with highest revenue ever.
