I was then promoted to Accessories & Smalls Buyer where I bought 16 commodities namely: Caps, Hats, Belts, Wallets, Bags, Jewellery, Ties, Scarves, Gloves, Beanies, Sunglasses, Watches, Technology, Other, to name a few. Together with my team we grew this business to a R450 million business and over a million units.
A year later I was promoted to Junior Buyer. In addition to the portfolio's I previously bought I was given additional responsibility and took on the Socks and Underwear portfolio.
