Warehouse/Deployments: ▪ Partner with and hold the 3PL accountable for meeting scorecard metrics utilizing root cause analysis and corrective actions. ▪ Prepare and present reports to the leadership team concerning KPI’s, expenses, budgets and other items affecting business or service. ▪ Evaluate and implement the tools, processes and organizational support needed to provide excellent service while improving cost-to-serve metrics. ▪ Leads the strategy on finished goods deployments, optimizing freight and mode of transportation. ▪ Continuously review performance and apply advanced supply chain strategies to drive enhancement and long-term planning. ▪ Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements/needs and identify opportunities for business process optimization. Inventory – Finished Goods ▪ Own the process for projecting inventory outlook & reporting performance relative to plan. ▪ Manage excess and obsolete program and align policy with changing business requirements. ▪ Identify opportunities to drive improved inventory efficiency across the supply chain and take action to lead the effort. ▪ Drive inventory optimization analytics & business process development.
