Providing the marketing strategy and overarching vision for Nia Enterprises, I built the world’s largest online consumer research panel delivering marketing insights via digital comparative research on the unique needs and purchasing preferences of Black women. This role allows me to leverage two of my greatest strengths, inspiring top-notch teams of professionals and leveraging digital innovation to attain ambitious business goals. Projects include development and execution of the Northern Trust DreamMaker wealth survey for two years and delivering key competitive beauty research and insights for the African American and Latino markets to industry leader L’Oréal. Created the strategic vision for the company and built the infrastructure from the ground up. Collaborated with the executive team to secure funding for an innovative firm delivering first-in-class insights for marketing diversity. Speaker at Northwestern/Kellogg, Crain’s, Willis Tower Watson Cornerstone Program, Northern Trust Dream Maker forum, Private Company Governance Summit and the Women’s Leadership Forum. Author of three popular Nia Guide books with the fourth book, The Entrepreneurial Sell, slated for release in 2018.
