- Overall in charge of the finance, accounting and tax reporting matters of the listco group, non listco group, developers, funds and other private entities totaling close to 100 entities across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Australia. - Oversee the daily operations of full scope finance department responsibilities not limited to day-to-day accounting, invoicing, cash management, payments across the mentioned portfolio of entities. - One of the team leads in the company’s IPO exercise during 2016 to 2017. The Company was successfully listed on the GEM board of HKEx in January 2018. - Responsible for the preparation and reporting of the Group’s consolidated financial results and reports on HKEx, annual report and other HKEx announcements. - Prepare and present the Group’s quarterly results to Audit Committee and Board of Directors. - Lead and ensure the integrity of financial accounting processes and reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards. - Prepare and analyse the Group’s forecast and tracking to annual budget. - Lead business plan processes; coordinate across BUs to deliver timely and accurate reporting and analysis. - Ensure the timely delivery of financial and management reporting produced to the proper standards, and reporting of cash flow, budget and variance analysis. - Review of bank loan documents and participate in the negotiation of the loan terms with banks. - Driving significant process improvements through finance. - Ensure financial controls framework is in line with the Company’s growth. - Cash flow forecasting and treasury management. - Manage business partners and investors relations. - Liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, bankers and government agencies, etc as required per business needs. - Industries – fund management, property development, investment property, investment holding, property management, projects consultancy, financial advisory, family office and hospitality.
