Project - Carrier Access and HP Job scope - Purchasing the material like IC, Connectors, PCBs, Resistors, Capacitors and etc. Managing the inventory and make sure that can support production on time, meanwhile no excess stock in the store. To do cost saving so that we purchase the material at competitive price.
1. To handle Project – Rockwell and purchase all the parts for this project which including IC, Diode, Transistor, Crystal, Connector, Inductor, Capacitor, Resistor, PCB and ect. 2. Issuing forecast to suppliers and confirm their capacity can support my requirement twice per month. 3. Delivery Control based on weekly PO Balance to make sure suppliers ship on time to support production. 4. Inventory Control to make sure suppliers didn’t ship earlier and occupy the store space. 5. Dealing with customer if any material issue. 6. Any assignment from my superior
• Purchasing Capacitor, Resistor, Inductor and Coil for Car Audio and Home Audio. Besides that, I also deal with Kenwood Japan, Shanghai and Korea. • Issuing forecast to suppliers and confirm their capacity can support my requirement twice per month. • Delivery Control based on weekly PO Balance to make sure suppliers ship on time to support production. • Inventory Control to make sure suppliers didn’t ship earlier and occupy the store space. • Cost Down (quarterly). Japan HQ will send us the target price and we negotiate the price with suppliers so that we can keep our cost competitive. • Any assignment from my superior.
