- Execute seasonal woven line plans in partner with Creative Director and VP of Merch and PD. - Integrate all product strategy and research into new collections with a strong emphasis on newness, concepts, inspirations, design details and construction for beginning of design phase. - Lead woven design presentations with strong knowledge of all designs, details, etc. - Control over creative direction seasonal inspiration and work on seasonal concepts for wovens. - Source seasonal fabrics. Attend all fabric meetings to fulfil concept and line plans. - Strong point of view on color allocations for fabrics. Work with VP of Merch, Design and PD and Creative Director on color allocation. - Design into concepts/fabrics for season. Work through all design details, construction, etc. before designs are finalized. - Partner with technical design and product development team during TP creation. - Create development line sheet for season. - Create all flats for season. - Strong design point of view in fittings with collaboration with Creative Director. Responsible for communicating design/purpose of style/look of garment. - Strong point of view on woven allocation during final allocations. Work with VP of Merch, Design and PD and Creative Director on woven allocations. - Work with knit design and product development throughout the season to make sure knit and woven styles are working together and any trim/fur/embroidery developments are incorporated into woven program. - Work with VP of Merch, Design and PD and VP of Sales to understand woven business, key woven groups, and general direction of woven program for future seasons. - Help lead production pass off to production/technical design for all woven designs. - Support Creative Director with look book styling on a seasonal basis. Including participate in final look book concept meeting to gain an understanding of direction, as well as meet with Creative Director and stylist during planning meeting.
