- Process order according to MRP (Using SAP) and make sure that suppliers receive all of them. - Release purchasing order to vendors. - Responsible for overall purchasing functions, particularly on the Direct Material to ensure materials are purchased in the most economical manner with the on time. - Follow up delivery on time from vendor. - Corporate with import-export operation to get smooth process of customs clearances. - Search and maintain good relationship/ contact with vendors, especially oversea vendor, to obtain better purchasing deals. - Expedite materials to ensure smooth process in all related areas; planning, store, manufacturing, and shipping. - Analysis, and cordially solves all material problems with QC, R&D and Engineer department to achieve business goal. - Search potential vendor of fitting parts material both of overseas and domestic. - Negotiate with vendor for pricing. - Meeting shortage for protecting production line down. - Find open market when face shortage problem. - Coordinate with financial for follow up payment to vendor and follow up financial to issue credit note, debit note. - Inventory control.

- Responsible for USA department market. - Communicate with buyers and customers in USA. - Sourcing and qualify right suppliers, factories and products. - Price negotiation to ensure the market lowest price and best service. - Follow up the order and samples on time. - Coordinate with design for development new products for offer the customers. - Cost analysis, audit factory’s quotation, submit for director’s approval, and improve business by developing sourcing and pricing. - Responsible for managing, controlling, coordinating with production and developing good relationship with customers internationally. - Prepare quotation and negotiate with customers. - Issue the order and delivery date on time. - Inline and inspection the goods when production. - Follow up the export to ship the goods on time.
