The main job of any organization is to serve the needs of its clients. My job over the past twenty plus years has been to not only make sure that our clients are served, but to also constantly try to improve our professional services. The Accounting and Taxation Industry has changed radically in that period of time. Making sure that our CPA's, Enrolled Agents, and Bookkeepers are well trained and constantly up to date is certainly a major part of my position. Making sure that our valued customers are constantly informed of the taxation changes that directly affect their livelihoods and businesses is another. But always making sure that we are doing the best job we can to protect our clients and provide audit-able work is yet another constant in my work. If there was a way to do it better, I'd make sure that we did it that way. Ethical quality and constant professionalism are the hallmarks of my firm, Accounting Solutions.
