Successfully delivered and continue to evolve an innovative SaaS product that is currently being sold and in use in the 9-1-1 Public Safety marketplace to enhance situational awareness and officer safety. The application and all supporting development and deployment software is 100% cloud hosted. Scrum Master during the initial build out and deployment of "Application Framework", Qwest Communications's converged services platform. Strong contributor to the overall design and build of an Enterprise Service Bus Architecture - 100% Java, TIBCO Rendezvous, SOAP/REST, Oracle WebLogic + SIP Server, Oracle RDBMS. Management, development and oversight during the build and roll out of the hardware and software into a five nines, geographically diverse, production hosting environment. Responsible for the development and deployment infrastructure - design, purchase and deployment, which eventually supported 3 development and integration labs, two geographically redundant QA and production sites, 5 separate DMZs, several hundred servers and literally hundreds of processes and JVMs. Promoted to team lead of the infrastructure group. Responsible for all new hardware and software purchase, build and deployment automation for all environments and management of 5+ Software and Systems Engineers. Instrumental to the successful "birthing" of this new platform that continues to thrive today.
