Managing, Staffing, & Architecture • Enterprise ready hybrid cloud broker for Booze Allen Hamilton, enabling them to onboard 280 projects with showback budget management across multiple clouds. • Customer facing data analytics service utilizing telematically acquired vehicle data, internal defined analytics algorithms, an internal data processing backend infrastructure for Daimler Trucks North America. • Census Bureau application migration to Cloud for 2020 census. • CRADA effort at Hascom for US Air Force and Presidio cloud development. • Automated routing and switching configuration solution for Nike's IT department. • Multiple programs within Presidio to assist in developing intellectual property for IoT, IT, and Cyber Security national business units.

(Startup #9) Formally Sequoia Worldwide, Joined the Sequoia management team in early 2014 to accelerate the software development and delivery of cloud management and self-service IT automation solutions. After building an award-winning team to drive in the design, development, packaging of Presidio Managed Cloud, Presidio announced the acquisition of Sequoia Worldwide in November 2015 to become Sequoia Cloud Solutions, A Presidio Company. This group was renamed to Presidio's Digital Solutions Group (DSG), serving Cloud, Data Analytics, and IoT.

Solution Architecture: DFS Global Services Collaborating in a pool of Architects at Dell Financial Services chartered to help create solutions that provide higher global services to multiple regions and their related business segment to connect multiple financial applications in their disparate systems. Solutions Architect: Consultant • One of several Solution Architects focused explicitly on providing data integration, operational readiness, and troubleshooting on the Origination system to assure Dell Dfs Limited would be able to obtain is full bank license by the Central Bank of Ireland to form what's now called Dell Bank International Limited. • Responsible for the continuation of a Customer Master architecture solution for Dell Financial Services. Expand its existing single US region to support multiple regions and related business segments. • Creating integration strategy for SFDC, Experian's Transact, and other DFS data sources for Customer MDM HUB. Development Role: • Investigated, documented, and developed Oracle PL/SQL ETL scripts to migrate portfolios of CIT Vendor Finance's Dell-related assets estimated at .5 billion into new Dell Bank for EMEA. • Contributed to reporting and data gathering efforts continuously requested by KPMG regarding SDLC methodology and requirements necessary for internal auditing for bank licensing. • Continued Level 3 support and problem resolution of day-to-day business operational issues regarding Origination application called eBoss for the newly established bank. • Transformation of portfolio IBAN and BIC information resolved through Accuity, part of BankersAccuity • Transformation of portfolio bureau background information resolved through Experian's Transact Data Enrichment feature. • Transformation of portfolio values to match Dell's Oracle / Novara solution for General Ledger. • Transformation of portfolio values to match International Decision Systems INFOLEASE servicing application for EMEA

Technical Lead: Cisco Intelligent Automation for the Cloud Building on new Unified Management capabilities of Cisco's CloudVerse. Design automated provisioning and management of data center resources for the delivery of cloud services within and between data centers. Combining functionality in a unified management solution for infrastructure-as-a-service and other cloud models. Creating a web based portal interface where IT can enable self-service provisioning of application and infrastructure requests. Consultant: Intelligent Automation within RMS Teaching machines to provision, monitor, improve, and fix one another to reduce the need for human maintenance and assistance unless under extraordinary circumstances. Converting years of Cisco's combined intelligence and performance tuning expertise into fully automated processes for Cisco Remote Management Services (RMS) Integrating Cisco Tidal Enterprise Orchestrator with ScienceLogic EM7 monitoring, BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite, Oracle, and other proprietary Cisco applications to simplify the adoption and ongoing management of Cisco Advanced Technologies for Data Center, Digital Media Systems, TelePresence, Foundation, and Security RMS

Lead product direction in the capacity of an outside Architect. Tasked to approve the re-architecture of an existing, substantial revenue generating, point of sale network at the request of Activant’s executives and CEO. Evaluation lead to modest modifications of system and software approaches proposed in converting Activant’s centralized network gateway, Activant Aftermarket ConneX® (AConneX), to cloud distributed services, ACX IM, over a 7 year period allowing for continued stability and future growth. ConneX is one of the largest automotive aftermarket online trading networks connecting thousands of Distributors, Independent Service Dealers, Service Chains, Retailers and Manufacturers. Systems Architecture Consultant & Development Role: • Evaluated proposed Cloud Distributed Services plan. Compiled risk analysis documents along with proposed alternative solutions to enhance the existing plan. Distributed analysis to development and executive staff for evaluation. Approved and was executed by EPICOR software development team. • Aided in the information gathering and development of EPICOR’s new Cloud Distributed Services design documents. Executed using Agile Kanban development method. • Planned hardware and software failover and capacity distributions. Key Accomplishments: • Developed Soap Web Services over Tomcat 7.x with JAX-WS using EclipseLink Persistence Libraries in NetBeans IDE. • Using ORM, connected new and existing data repositories to Web Services using EclipseLink library to Apache Cassandra and MySQL databases. • Extended Open source Hector client library to support EclipseLine Persistence library. • Created schemas for Apache Cassandra 7.x and 8.x • Used JAXB to convert legacy XML API to new SOAP web service methods • Modify ANT scripts to configure the automation and distributing of Web Services within Bamboo for testing. • Created Automated Testing using JUnit script with SoapUI library for client consumable SOAP method testing.

Cisco Remote Management Services - Senior Engineer Teaching machines to provision, monitor, improve, and fix one another to reduce the need for human maintenance and assistance unless under extraordinary circumstances. Developing and consulting with Cisco Remote Management Services (RMS) in their efforts to convert years of Cisco's combined intelligence and performance tuning expertise into fully automated processes. Key Accomplishments • Improved operational efficiencies by creating CPO automation workflows that perform device provisioning, incident handling, reporting, email notifications, and ticket enrichment procedures in and out of BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite. • Developed data exchanged between Process Orchestrator with ScienceLogic EM7 monitoring, BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite, and other proprietary Cisco applications through web services. • Designed and developed Oracle schema, tables, indexes, triggers, views, functions, stored procedures, and other PL/SQL scripts to enable the fault tolerance of Cisco Process Orchestrator with the aforementioned products within RMS. • Provided extensive product enhancements and defect reporting to Cisco’s Process Orchestrator development team for future release. • Assist in the installation and testing of CPO with MS SQL, Oracle, and Oracle RAC. • Automation of Cisco Telepresence Management Suite data gathering of meetings scheduled with CTS & Tandberg Endpoints • Automation of Telepresence test calls and gathering call quality metrics on audio and video • Developed cross communication processes between CPO and ScienceLogic EM7 Integration server through EM7’s Restful web service layer.

(Startup #8) Vice President of Technology: • Manage and recruited for Software Development, Content Development, and Information Technology teams, increasing employment numbers from 2 to 9 in 2010. • Increase server performance through software and hardware architecture by identifying bottlenecks in a highly transactional ESP, SaaS, and Web LAMP hosted environment. • Responsible for production environment servicing 10 million dynamically optimized Ads, recording billions of customer demographics & behaviors, generate 40k+ gross revenue (daily) • Performed technical due diligence for potential company acquisitions. Key Accomplishments: • Improved User experience with AJAX using JavaScript Prototype Library and Json/XML/SOAP/CSS data exchanges between 3rd Part APIs. • Reduced total cost of ownership in hosted space by a factor of 4x over next two years. • Doubled systems daily peek capacity while maintain and improving user experience. • Converted 7 terabyte Master / Slave to Fragmentation architecture to support 10x growth. • Manage 16 terabyte data warehouse in a high transactional, highly available, 24x7 Web Site. • Architected rendering engine that out performed preexisting system 300:1, drastically reducing hardware costs and database load • Quadrupled MySQL performance from 3,000 Queries Per Second (QPS) to 12,000 QPS • Increased capacity lead to company gross revenue moving from 600 thousand to 1.2 million per month within 6 months of initial Architecture.

(Startup #7) Accomplishments & Responsibilities: • Develop Business Logic and User Interface for Fiber Channel SCSI device monitoring system with Python and PostgreSQL Database using Libraries such as PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy. • Database design and performance tuning for Crossroads Application used in monitoring SUN Libraries in some of the worlds largest data centers for customers such as San Diego Super Computer and AIRBus data centers. • Create User Interface with Ajax, JavaScript, DHTML, and library tools such as Prototype. Some Framework knowledge using Ruby. Collaborative UI patent pending.

(Startup #6) • Launched a new computer-based training prototype product. • Profiled and redesigned product to have stress and load tested at HP/Compaq Laboratories • Successfully increased student enrollment from 1,000 to 575,000 students globally. • Converted application and course content to Aviation Industry CBT (Computer-Based Training) Committee (AICC) • Converted application and course content to Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) • Provide technical sales support in pre and post sales events to pilgrim new clients including Bank of America, H&R Block, Merrill Lynch, Discover Card, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS), Ageon, AIG, and LIMRA International.
