Tootoot [Stribe] is an exciting, award winning, software provider based in Manchester, with an exciting journey of product development with both "Tootoot" in Education and Sports establishments, and with employee engagement and wellbeing product "Stribe" for Workplaces. Role includes; • Assist in formulating the company’s future strategic direction and supporting tactical initiatives and risk management • Management of Finance team including, Legal, Insurance and Compliance matters • Monitor and measure strategic business plans with accompanying SMT Annual Plans. • Develop the financial reporting of budgets, forecasts and actuals and deliver a finance Board Pack for monthly Board Meetings. • Develop, analyse and forecast metrics that showcase the company’s performance and growth trajectory • Supervise investor or vendor due diligence, deal analysis and ongoing investor relations • Partnering with all executive functional leaders and non-executive leadership, acting as confidant, adviser and challenger to ensure the business goals, resources, and processes are appropriate and delivered.
