Upstream Chemicals Production Optimization R&D (Water Clarifiers, EOR surfactants, Quality) Tech Support/ Product Support - Subject matter expert for new technology water clarifiers products. Assisted with different questions and inquiries about new technology water clarifiers that was developed. (selected as best technology project on 2017) - Successfully developed new testing protocol to validate the application and performance of new technology water clarifiers at high temperature conditions (patent granted). - Performed stability testing at different condition for new to determine shelf life of new products Manufacturing Support - Developed the blending process for commercial manufacturing of new technology products in a concise stepwise protocol. - Evaluated, tested and selected best biocide application for developed products followed by stability and performance tests of newly formulated products. High Tech Research Projects - Investigated two liquids phase behavior for oil recovery improvement at different reservoir conditions - Evaluated the effectiveness of surfactants in high salinity and alkali conditions under different reservoir conditions - Evaluated surfactants formulation using generated analytical data, rheology, interfacial tension, phase behavior, viscometer and understating the interaction between aqueous phase and oil phase. - EOR surfactant development enhancing oil recovery in heavy oil reservoir conditions (Selected as Best Collaboration Project in 2020) Safety and Quality - Supported safety, quality and regulatory audits, validation of protocols - Mentored and trained team members on safe use of dangerous and toxic chemicals (eg: ethylene oxide/ propylene oxide) -Ensured maintenance of laboratory equipment and calibration records are within acceptable criteria - Prepared MOC documents for newly established processes as well as SOP, WPA and training records.

Synthesis, formulation and development of smart gels products for low circulation materials (LCM) application in oil recovery.

- Design and synthesis of new bio conjugates for nanoparticles used for insulin smart delivery system; synthesis of water soluble PDE4 inhibitors for incorporation into nanoparticles designed for target delivery system. Mentor new research assistants or intern on improved lab techniques and alternative reaction conditions to solve synthetic issues.

- Investigate development of new bio conjugates for targeted drug delivery systems - Develop and improve the analytical protocol for the lead product of Marval Biosciences, LLC. -Performed data quality control checks, calibration and technical troubleshooting of analytical instruments used. Ensure data generated are reproducible.

- Documented test results, compiled data and reported on findings to senior lab staff to aide in achieving a total synthesis for new antimalarial products. - Employed separation and purification techniques during chemical experimentation and testing to support research finding optimization. Conducted tests and experiments using various techniques, including chromatography.
