Founder of DigiUnity, the Norwegian SaaS (Software as a Service) company that enables businesses to communicate asynchronously with video. BUILT THE TEAM Recruited the team that's shaped into a semi-autonomous product and growth team that operates the platform and it´s digital business. Today this is an international team of more than 16 people. FUNDRAISED THE COMPANY - Fundraised NOK 40 million in seed and early stage growth investments in equity and bank loans. - Successfully completed a series of campaigns, both private and public, being responsible for the entire process A-Z (from pitch deck and content development to investor processing. DEVELOPED THE PRODUCT Together with our CTO and full set of developers (UX/ UI, API/ back end, front end web and mobile applications) we have built DigiUnity from scratch. VALIDATED THE BUSINESS MODEL - Developed a subscription based business where customers pay a monthly license. Done tons of research to figure out the best possible way for monetization. - Provided private and public customer organizations expert consultancy for implementation methods and projects, providing both revenues and valuable customer insights. DEVELOPED THE SALES, MARKETING AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Done hundreds of customer meetings for insight generation, marketing, sales, onboarding, retention, expansion, churn prevention and everything related to the buyer and user journey. Currently more than 100 paying B2B customers. GROWTH THROUGH SCALING -Developed as a highly scalable and cloud based SaaS platform, delivered to the customers in a GDPR friendly way and through globally recognized web services and frameworks like AWS and React. -Currently in the process of automating and digitizing all steps of the buyer and user journeys, in order to enable commercial scaling and high growth as the next phase of the company.
