Member of Big Society Capital's Executive Committee and the Investment Committee. Developed BSC’s client investment strategy and led cross-departmental team, which resulted in the successful initial public offering of the UK’s first high impact, private market product listed on the London Stock Exchange, the Schroders BSC Social Impact Trust (SBSI). Portfolio Manager and Member of SBSI Investment Committee. Built trusted relationships with key external stakeholders including the Investment Trust Board, the Trust’s brokers, and our partner. Also, led work on embedding Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in BSC's Investment Process.
Developed and led BSC’s Public Service Markets strategy.
