▪ Development and implementation of a Volunteer Strategic Plan ▪ Development of inclusive, purposeful strategies for volunteer development in collaboration with senior management, staff and volunteers to support the organisation’s objectives ▪ Building an effective and efficient volunteer service that contributes to and enhances the community services provided by Lort Smith ▪ Development and implementation of a Volunteer Advisory Committee to support continuous improvement of volunteer engagement and consultation with volunteers ▪ Actively communicates with and seeks feedback from volunteers and key stakeholders to facilitate ongoing volunteer program improvement and issue management ▪ Introduction of leading practise and innovative volunteer management philosophies, systems and tools inclusive of adoption of the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement
