As an On Air producer, I've worked closely with syndication programming teams, on-air talent, and marketing departments to align broadcast content with station branding and national promotional activities.

Deinpore Inc. was founded in April 2005 in Newport Beach, California. It operates as a California Stock Corporation and is classified as a General corporation. It was founded by Christopher Bridwell, Scott Richards and Dexter Cohen. We are currently being renamed, restructured and reopened to satisfy our long term clients.

The show was called The Future of Finance on KFWB News Talk 980, a Los Angeles-based radio station. The station itself underwent a transformation from an all-news format to a news talk format, and Christopher Bridwell became part of the updated prime time lineup.

J. & J. Mortgage Wholesale Division is located at 3303 Harbor Blvd Ste H4 in Costa Mesa, California, and has been in the business since 2003. As a Senior Top Producing Loan Officer I was responsible for originating mortgage loans and achieving exceptional production results. My role and two dedicated processors successfully satisfied secondary market commitments of 100 to 200 loans to the secondary market on a monthly basis. I worked closely with borrowers, assessing their financial situations, creditworthiness, and loan needs. My goal was to match borrowers with suitable loan products, such as commercial, construction, or jumbo loans. I guided clients through the application process, collecting necessary documentation (income verification, credit reports, etc.). As a top producer, I consistently exceeded loan origination targets. My performance directly impacted the company's revenue and market position. We built strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals by performance. Delivering 100 loan commitments to the secondary market on a monthly basis demonstrates my expertise and efficiency. We significantly contributed to the company's overall success and growth.

My roles were pivotal in both managing existing loan portfolios and driving new loan origination. First Equity Financial was an experience that fine tuned existing expertise within my skill set and in return, it contributed to First Equity Financial's growth and success. I worked closely with other members of First Equity Financial's Lending and Legal departments. We Collaborated with lending staff in the field to ensure effective loan management and compliance. When loans faced challenges (such as delinquency or default), I played a crucial role in managing workouts. This involved negotiating with borrowers to find solutions that would mitigate risk and protect the lender's interests. closely monitored the performance of closed loans. I communicated with borrowers regarding pending maturity dates, late payments, and other loan covenant-related matters, which led to being deemed an Asset Portfolio Manager with High Net Worth Clients.
