Our successes include: Leading worldwide, cross-functional teams to translate a global information technology integrator's $500million contract into tangible business and technology solutions, and via a Transformation Management Office model, implement a national Government Department's innovative and secure hardware, software and business services solution to over 270 worldwide locations supporting 18,000 global staff. Securing significant leadership support of and investment for a national transportation infrastructure company's technology portfolio to support 7-year business change road map. Led the technology work stream for standing up a new precision manufacturing and distribution facility in Istanbul, Turkey for Cummins Inc. Turkish language fluency was a decisive factor in securing the engagement and ensured active vendor collaboration, oversight, and on-plan delivery in a complex cross-cultural environment.

Served 16 years in the British Army intelligence community, operating across multiple global theaters as an Intelligence Management & Liaison Officer. Held TS/SCI clearance. For the bulk of my military career, I worked for and with U.S. Department of Defense agencies -including the NSA - collaborating closely with defense contractors and interagency partners across the Five Eyes intelligence alliance in both commercial and classified environments. Responsibilities spanned multi-agency coordination, threat assessment, and mission-critical advisory to senior military and civilian leadership under high-stakes, time-constrained conditions. Final year of service: direct Tier 1 support of UK Special Forces (UKSF) Group. Built the operational discipline, global perspective, and structured decision-making that have since anchored 20+ years of transformation consulting across healthcare, technology, HR services, and defense-adjacent organizations.
