-Key personnel/Project leader role and reporting to Partners. -Contracts administration between Main Contractor / Subcontractors and the Project Managers / Engineer / Employer. -Drafting and defending claims, providing notices and ensuring contract procedures are developed and followed. -Claims management involving extension of time issues, prolongation costs, loss and expense. -Liaising with Project Managers/Project Engineers/Quantity Surveyors to develop impacted/entitlement programme for delay impact analysis -Contract advice -Drafting contract correspondence relating to claim issues -Preparing independent expert’s appraisal report on the matter related contractual claims -Collaborating with legal advisors in the preparation of statement of claims/statement of defence & counter claims in Arbitration proceedings
-Key personnel/Project leader role and reporting to Operation Director. Playing the role as Quality Audit Controller and implementing ISO 9001 to the company. -Dealing with design team, client, main contractor and specialist sub-contractors . -Preparing cost plans, cost appraisal for proposed projects -Drafting contract documents and understanding terms and conditions to suit client requirements. -Preparing bills of quantities, tender invitation, tender evaluation, awarding tender, interim payments, valuation of variations, final accounts. -Monitoring costs, value engineering and reporting to clients during the design and construction of projects -Liaising with Architect and Engineer, addressing all projects and contractual matters. -Project forecasting (Financial Statement) to client. -Evaluating on extension of time claims and direct loss and expense. -Determining final costs of projects and close final account within 6 months -Preparing cost elemental cost analysis of completed projects for future reference.
