In a response to the pressing shortage of skilled contact tracers at public health service GGD, "GezondContact" was founded in 2020 as a new, purposedriven Dutch label of international omnichannel engager Webhelp Group. Objective for the project team: to immediately deliver the much needed capacity thus growing this new company from 0 to ca. 2.000 colleagues. Continuously adapting to a pandemic-driven world that changes by the minute and simultaneously maintaining high knowledge and quality standards.
