In October 2019 SQN joined forces with two-wheel experts Init Sports Management to form Init Esports. Founded originally by three women with extensive experience in the motorsports industry gained over three decades, the company is now run solely by Stefy Bau.
During my tenure at Nortel, I performed a variety of roles including third party account manager for CTI product partners, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Brand Marketing, Marketing Manager for Call Centre Team France (Interim), Global Sponsorship Manager and Global Account Sales Director. All roles were working internationally and required significant cultural empathy and awareness.
