Some of my key achievements included: - overseeing financial operations, developing and implementing a $63M budget and securing more than 60% of bids quoted, resulting in a 275% increase in company revenue. - designing and developing an environmental impact plan, collaborating with state officials and the corporate legal department to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations. - managing the demolition and disposal of the aircraft carrier USS Saratoga, collaborating effectively with the US Navy and Environmental Safety & Health in a classified environment. - leading salvage and demolition operations for multiple projects, including Signal Inc., a 35,000-ton dry dock, Harrah’s Lake Charles Casino, and the USS Oriskany, creating the world’s largest artificial reef. - coordinating all phases of a complex HAZWOPER project involving EPA-compliant disposal of hazardous waste, as a HAZWOPER-certified project manager.
