Given that business is a mixture of planning and opportunism, leaders need to determine their strategy and tactics. Sensible businesses combine strategy and tactics in the same way that they combine growth and contraction. In regards to tactics our job is straightforward opportunism so you can be alert to every possibility. In regards to strategy our role is to assist in its development and then reconcile strategy with the tactics.

Being a Building Society we are owned and operated by our members for our members benefit. This allows members to collectively manage and leverage their discretionary funds at reduced costs compared to similar services provided through alternative models. Further, we can confidently give access to and leverage our extensive global network of contacts to further add value to our members and clients. My role is to lead the growth and modernisation of the Society while maintaining strict compliance to local and international standards and regulations.
