A unique management programme for defence officers to enable their successful transition to the corporate world. At the end of the intense business education, the participants are fully geared for the work in varied fields, such as Learning and Development, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Media, Human Resource, Retail, Telecom/IT enabled Services. Apart from being a student, I am the placement coordinator for the batch. With all my competencies, I have been able to create succesful results for the batch.

Ian Berry and I connected through Leaders Cafe, and we saw a lot of synergy in taking our efforts forward to make a difference to the world around us. Ian was gracious enough to offer me this platform. I intend to do justice to the faith reposed in me.

A Pivotal appointment looking after the HR and Administration aspects related to 250 employees, maintanance and security of office assets of a four-storey building in a 5 acre prime property space in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. Also working as a coordinating centre for insurance policies and Welfare Schemes for Serving and retired Army personnel.
