Tritax is a leading commercial real estate investment fund management house with funds under management of over £5bn . Investors include institutions, property companies, trusts, wealth managers, family offices and high net worth private individuals. Colin is an Equity Partner and member of the Partnership Board which controls the Tritax Group's business interests. Since 1995, Tritax has acquired, developed and asset managed over £5bn of property assets involving more than 120 investment vehicles, including a listed REIT, onshore and offshore unit trusts, limited partnerships, companies, LLPs and syndicates. In December 2013 Colin and fellow Partners raised £200m of institutional equity for the successful IPO of Tritax Big Box REIT Plc (ticker BBOX) which invests in large, prime logistics warehouses in the UK. Following full investment, nine further equity raises have grown the portfolio to over £3.8bn as at February 2020, having entered the FTSE 250 index in 2015. The latest equity raise in February 2019 was for the acquisition of an 87% controlling stake in the UK logistics developer, db Symmetry which controls a UK geographically diverse land portfolio capable of delivering high calibre investment pipeline for BBOX over the next decade. Colin is CEO - Fund Management of Tritax which acts as Manager to BBOX. He responsible for its day-to-day operations, representing Tritax in its role as Manager and reporting to the BBOX Non-Executive Board. In 2018 Tritax successfully launched Tritax EuroBox (ticker EBOX) with a £300m equity raise. As of February 2020 this fund is close to full investment on a geared basis with c. £800m of assets acquired in Europe.
