Major Job function Responsible for managing overall manufacturing operations from production planning, materials procurement, production of units up to shipments to achieve excellent results based on the set company goals and key performance indicators. Handles 3 Department - Production Planning and Control, Materials Control and Production Department (Die Management to Final Test).

Major Job function Responsible for overseeing production operations for Open Line and ensuring department objectives are met at all times. Lead a team of production personnel including shift supervisors, junior supervisors and production operators. Initiates, communicates, recommends or provide solutions through available resources.

Major Job function Responsible for overseeing the operations of the department - maximize and utilize available resources to meet the expected out put of the day.

Duties and Responsibilities: •Prepare monthly production schedules considering market demands, CKD units availability and incoming shipment. •Prepare required quantity of product components/spare parts and supplies under light and medium trucks both local and overseas purchase. •Primarily responsible in coordinating with different department and division for maximum utilization of its materials, manpower, machinery and other assets to meet at the least cost but efficiently the short and long range of sales assets. •Prepare periodic reports to inform managements the costs of purchases, inventory costs and stock withdrawals.

Major Job Function Responsible for planning and directing activities of materials and purchasing department and provides management the information on cost implications of purchases made by the Purchasing Dept.

Duties and Responsibilities: •Generates daily / weekly / monthly schedules based on a master plan considering materials, capacities, manpower and timetable of their availability thereby assuring work flow completion. •Prepares required delivery plan for product component parts, supplies and sub-assemblies under Electric Fan product both local and export. •Reviews and regularly provides recommendation to meet set standards for stockroom and in process ending on hand inventories. Arrange and apply Just in Time (JIT) arrivals for bulky items whenever applicable. •Publishes performances of Manufacturing and other critical areas against plan / schedules & frequently does actual line visits for timely feedback. •Evaluates the effectiveness of warehousing facilities and location; monitor the warehousing operation including cost management. •Ensures the optimum inventory levels are maintained to all inventory and production planning and scheduling related problem.
