The Center for the Development of Economic Equity, LPA (ESquared) is a community based partnership organization whose mission is to be the premier catalyst for transformative solutions in pursuit of measurable and sustainable change. Esquared operates as community change agents with a philosophy integral to achieving our mission: to provide access and support, thereby creating real opportunity. Operationally, Esquared functions with an innovative collaboration partnership model. E² empowers employers to embrace and retain a diverse staff, particularly and specifically minorities and women, using industry best practices and the voice of the internal stakeholder to ensure repeat and measurable success. E² empowers the worker to successfully navigate non-traditional workplaces with a history of being culturally insensitive or equitably deficient with respect to ethnic and gender responsiveness. E² shifts the paradigm on ageism for the seasoned worker who finds herself starting over and reinventing herself in the workplace. E2 serves as a trusted liaison across entities, removing ambiguity, reducing risks and increasing collaboration for increased economic growth while promoting jobs and strengthening the economy across all groups.
