To retain 100% of customer base billed revenue.  Consistently hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets as set by the Business Markets Development Team Manager  To accurately and consistently forecast to the Business Markets Development Team Manager  To keep in regular contact with customer base to ensure all needs and wants are met in a timely fashion.  To deliver key performance indicators and objectives  To ensure all Sales Process, reports and management information procedures are maintained.  Encouraging a fair and ethical culture in line with the VMB’s HR policies and practices.  Ensuring that all administration and written documentation produced by self is of an excellent standard.  React responsively and in a timely manner to both internal and external customer queries and issues  Maintain high knowledge of own products & service and of those offered by key competitors, knowing how this may impact on customer needs and revenue growth  Promote NPS to customer base and actively seek feedback from customers.
