As the Live Event Marketing Coordinator it was my duty to develop and execute marketing and promotional plans for assigned NXT live events including WWE NXT television tapings and live in-ring specials at Full Sail University, as well as "NXT Live!" shows in and around the state of Florida. In this jack-of-all-trades role, I lead a team of highly motivated interns (see: WWE + Full Sail Student Initiative) in the creation and coordination of advertising, promotional and special event activities to create an exciting and entertaining atmosphere for NXT live events. As the Student Social Media Manager, it was my task to oversee the NXT Social Media Team-- the group of WWE interns and Full Sail University students that maintain the WWE NXT social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, ToUT). During this period, the purpose of the NXT social media team was to introduce and promote the NXT brand and its roster of Superstars and Divas. The NXT brand is composed of WWE developmental talent that is generally unknown to the WWE audience, and it was the social media team’s task to enhance the characters and storylines by way of the company’s social channels. The team also promoted the wide variety of “NXT Live!” events that WWE NXT operates throughout Florida in addition to the television tapings held at Full Sail University."
