PMO: • Articulate the program’s strategy and objectives, and assess the impact on the business • Define and oversee a list of dependent projects needed to reach the program’s overall goals • Ensure that project performance is tracked and reported to all relevant stakeholders • Guide and where required, provide advisory services in the application of the project management lifecycle Enterprise Risk Management(ERM): • Perform risk assessment & evaluation quarterly and maintain the internal risk register • Risk presentation to stakeholders • Conduct Statement of Risk Management and Internal Controls(SORMIC) assessment & Business Continuity Management(BCM) simulation annually to limit risks Risk Governance: • Ensuring that the board or governing body’s instructions are fully compliant • Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain governance, risk, and compliance policies, processes, and procedures • Advise the board on corporate governance principles and the implementation of governance programs and risk management frameworks Process/Continuous Improvement: • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the organization • Periodic presentation to stakeholders • Assist/contribute towards departmental improvements
