MyTechnic is an aircraft and engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) organisation based in Sabiha Gokcen airport in Istanbul, Turkey. The MyTechnic facility is certified by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority, the Federal Aviation Administration (USA), EASA (EU), Civil Aviation Administration of China as well as more than 20 other national civil aviation administration bodies whose registered aircraft and engines are serviced regularly at MyTechnic. In its 11th year of operations, MyTechnic currently has more than 20 recurring customers and has served 150 unique customers to date, from several countries, spanning across three continents. The company employs 600 people and has a 50,000 sqm facility, which can accommodate up to 12 narrow body aircrafts. The company has the following capabilities: • Base Maintenance with scheduled C and D checks, including heavy structural modifications and repair, major components change, avionics modifications, dismantling and painting, NDT and Cabin modifications. • Line Maintenance and Component Maintenance including a hydrostatic shop and avionics shop. • Engine overhaul and hospital check capabilities for GE CF6-80 and -50 engines along with PW4000 engines. • All above capabilities are for Boeing 737 / 757 / 767 / 777, Airbus A319 / A320 (CEO and NEO) / A321 / A330 and MD80. • Training for aircraft maintenance, Part 145 and other specialities for both in-house and third-party engineers.
