With a team of 16 buyers, located in France, Spain, Turkey, Romania, UK, Sweden, Tunisia, Morocco,and Tchec Republic I drive the strategy of the indirect purchasing (general expenses, and equipments) for the 26 sites of the European perimeter. The portfolio is around 180 Millions and cover all the non production families such as equipments, toolings, energies, transportations, IT... My road map since 5 years is to promote this function internally, to make my team more professional, to put in place strong methodologies so as to structure the function.
