As a volunteer in the role as global business accelerator of Global Changemakers Network Amsterdam and an affiliate from RRR-advice BV, I have chosen to focus on the Indonesian market and created Skills2max. Skills2max is my personal brand that I hope to make into a local Indonesian company in the future. Bizzskills, Designskills & Greenskills are the skillsets we offer to our network and together with other volunteers like Dr. Ichsan and Randy Tambayong. we provide free webinars, paid training, and project development support. We have a collaboration with City of Amsterdam which has developed a new design method on how to make their city and the public space 100% Retrovit ( meaning 100% energy\climate neutral and fully circular before 2050. The whole case study and new integral design method is published in a book called 'Integral Design Method Public Space' This book is translated into Indonesian and is now also available in Indonesia together with Andi Publisher. Also, I have translated the sustainable tools and approach methods that were used to make the books and which are promoted by the Dutch Ministry of Public works to ensure sustainable project development for all new infrastructure.
