Provide a full range of strategy, management, philanthropy and marketing consulting services to primarily non-profit organizations focused on maximizing their impact on communities and chosen social issues. Clients and projects of note: TimeSlips - Led a 2009 modified strategic planning process resulting in the decision to scale TimeSlips in a more cost effective yet sound way. Developed proposals for specific funding targets based on the strategic plan and jointly with the Director secured several grants in the first months after finalizing the plan. Led a full strategic planning process in 2017 to refine Timeslip's business model and focus on the next stage of growth and scale. Currently serving as Interim Executive Director. ReadWorks - Providing revenue strategy and guidance to help the organization navigate the increased demand faced due to COVID-19 and grow revenue to improve long-term sustainability. The HOW Institute for Society - Providing a range of consulting services to support early development of this organization and its programs focused on moral leadership and principled decision-making. Feeding America/The Starr Foundation - Managed a multi-million dollar New York City hunger grantmaking program funded by The Starr Foundation. Provided general counsel and coaching to the Chief Development Officer. StoryCorps - Provided management consulting, organizational development, strategic and fundraising planning services. Mentor fundraising and finance staff. Provided counsel to Executive Director.
