Strategic partner with the Skin Care labs, Consumer Market Innovation, Direction Innovation, Portfolio Management, and other groups within the L’Oreal Evaluation Intelligence division. • Create robust product evaluation plans to build a strong body of evidence for a skin product or skin related device. • Support brands to successfully translate product innovation to launch plans. • Embody user voice within domain and global cross-functional core teams and identify consumer relevance of key strategic projects across different markets and targets. • Synthesize data and results between sciences (consumer/sensory/expert/ instrumental/clinical/claims) to create product insights and performance rationale. • Partner with project leaders to define project briefs, product performance pyramids, consumer targets and key competition for skin projects. • Work closely with Global Category leaders (GCL) and global Skin CL network • Synthesize and communicate key project performance as a representative for Evaluation Intelligence at top management and global meetings. • Enforce Evaluation Intelligence interface/project mode by staying well- integrated with the business throughout testing and transfer of projects for launch to ensure alignment on product performance.
