In this role, she focused on configuration requests & implementation for reporting, absence, time tracking, and onboarding modules. She has sufficient knowledge on utilizing calculated fields for report creation and using BIRT (Workday Studio). She also configures time off and leave of absence plans and handles Onboarding Workday go live wherein she enhanced her project management skills.
Danica was promoted to be the main support for configuration issues and change management for Workday in France and Middle East and Africa markets handling 10 countries. She was also involved in data conversion and entity migration to Workday wherein she had her project management skills enhanced. She did first level analysis for configuration gaps; troubleshooting business process flow errors and integration error (PICOF/PECI) before escalating this to IT for further analysis. She also designed basic configuration solution to meet the country's business need and tested IT's configuration in tenants using positive, negative, and regression types of testing. She conducted user acceptance testing with the stakeholders she managed. In this role, she led Workday 29 Upgrade for Europe, Middle East and Africa and became the main focal point for any issues occurring in the region.
Danica carried out same responsibilities with previous role but mainly focused in supporting & managing Data Operations for Austria, France, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Portugal, and Middle East and Africa Region. She eventually extended her job responsibilities covering Middle East and Africa Region Technology Operations and eventually France Technology Operations from January 2017 to August 2017 as a stretch assignment before she got promoted to her next role. Data operations job responsibilities: • Supported full cycle of Workday implementation - data conversion, transitioning to core operations , hypercare period and core operations. • Supporting Workday live countries with their data gaps issues through correction, rescinds, their daily HR operations (e.g. one time payment uploads, title changes) through mass uploads and adhoc projects such as mass hire conversions. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Main Support for France Workday Operations - Technology & Data Operations • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves data gaps between HR transactions and Workday records. • Determines first level analysis, solution, and impacts for Workday configuration requests • Instrumental in developing tools, such as prototype version for Workday-Taleo Integration Checklist, for stakeholders to use. • Performs mass uploads in Workday using Enterprise Interface Builder • Moderates Spark, J&J's social media platform then, for users to collaborate • Supports bi-annual releases of Workday updates by conducting regression testing • Conducts monthly training support regarding Workday new functionalities and configurations for HR Services.
