Daniel Alejandro Lavin Vizcaino

In this proptech startup I have been responsible for architecting two of our main products, an analytics dashboard and property data analytics service. With a Lean product approach, I designed and developed MVPs based on market fit and product fit research. I was also in charge of technology stack selection, cybersecurity assessment and enforcement, and legal compliance. Additionally, I’ve collaborated with my co-founders to find the best go-to-market strategies for our products, participated in talks with potential investors and allies to answer technical questions and make offers, explored marketing strategies, and experienced and weathered through the best and worst of the startup adventure. Although challenging at times, creating a startup has allowed me to put all my combined knowledge and experience to practice, and to further strengthen and develop other skills such as business acumen, client engagement, marketing and project management.
