● Meets with clients to gain an understanding of what their proposed communications needs are, and participates in the creative process to bring customer’s ideas and needs into final products and designs. Plans concepts based on information, materials, and personal insight and is able to interpret customer’s unspoken needs. ● Enhances and manipulate over 100+ weekly photos / graphics to achieve an aesthetic visual appeal based on business needs. Incorporates illustrations pictures or designs into visual designs, and properly stylizes type and image properties to make sure that visual aesthetic concepts are applied, improving designs from 50% to 100%. ● Creates materials by either hand or technology using computer software programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, among others. Successfully designs branding materials, web layouts, brochures, signs, magazine covers, presentation decks, advertisements (social media / print), and other communication materials. Produces drafts for review by clients, and modify them based on feedback provided and exceeds customer satisfaction. ● Reviews final productions for errors, and ensures that deliverables properly represent the client’s specifications and needs. Manages 5 or more projects at the same time with efficiency, professionalism, and meets or exceeds deadlines.
