I took on the role of Delivery and Operations Director when Minttulip joined the Sword Group in 2017 and now have responsibility for the operational strategy and profitability of Minttulip as well as effective people planning and Customer Success Management across the organisation. In this role I not only help shape Minttulip's business plan, but make our day to day decisions that ensure we achieve our objectives and stay evergreen in the constantly changing landscape of technology and Modern Workplace.

As a Managing Consultant I lead and govern Modern Workplace transformations for our Enterprise Customers, specialising in Business Case development, Transformation Roadmap/Programme design and planning, Enterprise Architecture and Organisational Readiness. In this role I manage teams of delivery consultants across Technology Enablement, Business Adoption and Service Integration to deliver Microsoft 365 capabilities across Modern Desktop, Enterprise Mobility and Security and Office 365 and more importantly the modern Ways of Working that drive real and measurable workplace transformation. As a Digital Transformation Architect I lead the design and ongoing governance of digital change programmes across the enterprise. Whether it's digitising services or driving cloud and mobile productivity, my challenge is to ensure people and business value are placed at the centre of the change, not the technology. During my time in this role I have had the opportunity to work with the following customers: [Viridor]- GDPR Advisory Consulting - Assessment of GDPR readiness and Microsoft SPE Licensing [Shelter] - Strategic consulting for cloud working, covering SharePoint Online, data classification, GDPR and User Experience Design [Kingfisher Group] - Digital adoption programme lead for cloud working including OneDrive, Skype 4 Business and Exchange Email Archiving. [Arriva Group] - Cloud Transformation Programme Manager for Identity Architecture (Azure AD) , Exchange , OneDrive and SharePoint workloads through Office 365. [Home Retail Group] - Digital Transformation Management of Office 365 cloud productivity services and MyPlace social intranet.

I work with organisations to design and deliver transformational change programmes that align the working environment of their employees to their own organisational objectives. It's not just about transitioning businesses to Cloud productivity suites such as Microsoft's Office 365, it’s about enabling our customers to exploit these platforms and transform the way they work. In order to achieve this we focus on aligning the Process and People with the Technology, working closely with key stakeholders at each level of an organisation to deliver these new age business productivity capabilities.

Solution Architect and Deployment Manager, implementing a Self-Service Portal to automate and manage the deployment of 30,000 desktops to Windows 7 and Office 2010 with full integration into System Centre 2012. I also deputised as the manager to the team of 30 for this 18 month, £9m programme. Programme Manager for the assessment, design and transition from an in-house email architecture to Microsoft Office 365 for 20,000 mailboxes. This phased approach began with an in-depth assessment of the technology, business and people aspects of the organisation, delivering a detailed migration plan, TCO analysis and business case. Based on the success of this phase I lead the transition for 20,000 mailboxes across 30 countries in a 6 month engagement. Project Manager for the migration of 30,000 mailboxes from Lotus Notes to Office 365 including the assessment and implementation of ProofPoint email journaling and compliance and archive migration. I also lead the final service transition element on this programme which involved 6 towers, 5 services and both onshore and offshore service delivery teams.

Improving and maintaining customer service levels, meeting service level objectives and customer relationship management. IT Consultancy including the delivery of website and software projects, solution design, business consultancy, change management and training.
