I work with organisations to design and deliver transformational change programmes that align the working environment of their employees to their own organisational objectives. Solution Architect and Deployment Manager, implementing a Self-Service Portal to automate and manage the deployment of 30,000 desktops to Windows 7 and Office 2010 with full integration into System Centre 2012. I also deputised as the manager to the team of 30 for this 18 month, £9m programme. Programme Manager for the assessment, design and transition from an in-house email architecture to Microsoft Office 365 for 20,000 mailboxes. This phased approach began with an in-depth assessment of the technology, business and people aspects of the organisation, delivering a detailed migration plan, TCO analysis and business case. Based on the success of this phase I lead the transition for 20,000 mailboxes across 30 countries in a 6 month engagement. Project Manager for the migration of 30,000 mailboxes from Lotus Notes to Office 365 including the assessment and implementation of ProofPoint email journaling and compliance and archive migration. I also lead the final service transition element on this programme which involved 6 towers, 5 services and both onshore and offshore service delivery teams.
